Tapsawp warrants to the original purchaser that a new Tapsawp product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for 12 months from purchase.

What is covered Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from performing its intended function during the warranty period.

What is not covered - Normal wear, cosmetic changes, scratches, discoloration, or consumable parts. - Misuse, accidents, overloading, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modification. - Damage caused by incompatible equipment, environmental conditions, or commercial or rental use. - Products without reasonable proof of purchase.

Your remedy For an eligible claim, Tapsawp may repair or replace the product, or refund the original purchase price, at its discretion. Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
